Return & Refund Policy

At Virelitho, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and our support team will gladly assist you.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the full purchase amount within five business days via the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our customer service team stating that you would like to return your order or part of it.

  2. Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending your return.

  3. Carefully package the item, preferably in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

  5. Send us the Track & Trace code for your shipment.

  6. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or their nature

  • Certain categories such as Beauty, Kids & Baby, and Sports items for hygiene reasons

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after approval of the return request.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. Orders are processed immediately within our system to ensure fast shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We are sorry if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo showing the shipping label if possible

Damaged Products

For damaged products, we offer one free replacement shipment. Refunds are not available after the first damaged delivery.

If the replacement item also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product develops a manufacturing defect after use, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that normal wear-and-tear parts are excluded from manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Batteries

  • Belts

  • Chains

  • Brake pads

  • Tires

  • Lamps

  • Moving mechanical parts

Incorrect Deliveries

If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct product free of charge.

Delivery Refusal or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not collected from a pickup point/post office, it may automatically be returned to the supplier.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct costs from the refund amount.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during shipment or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send a replacement package before applying our refund policy.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

In some cases, customs authorities may inspect packages and charge import duties or taxes.

These charges are beyond our control and are determined by local customs regulations. In most cases, no additional fees are required.
